1. Pickup Option

  • Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our designated warehouse or showroom.

  • Pickup is available by appointment to ensure a smooth handover.

  • Please bring a suitable vehicle for transportation, as we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit after pickup.

2. Delivery Services

We offer multiple delivery options to accommodate our customers:

A. Standard & Stock Product Delivery

  • Orders of standard and stock products are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery timeframes vary based on carrier availability.

  • We partner with trusted delivery carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, local freight services) to ensure timely shipments.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped.

B. Personal Deliveries

  • For local deliveries within the DFW area, we provide personal delivery services for an added level of care and convenience.

  • Delivery scheduling is based on product availability and customer location.

  • Customers will receive an estimated delivery window in advance.

3. Customizable Cabinets & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom cabinetry and personalized furniture require additional production time.

  • Once your custom order is completed, we will schedule an appointment for delivery or pickup.

  • Our team will assist in recommending installation best practices and provide guidance on product care.

4. Delivery & Scheduling Guidelines

  • Customers must be present during scheduled personal deliveries to inspect the items upon arrival.

  • If a scheduled delivery or pickup appointment needs to be rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Delivery fees vary depending on distance, product size, and delivery type.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • We ensure that all items leave our facility in perfect condition.

  • If a product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos and a description.

  • For lost shipments, contact our support team for assistance with carrier claims.
